Our Repair Estimates

We are happy to provide you with a customized repair estimate.

Once we have your watch, piece of jewelry, or other item on our workbench, we can inform you of the estimated repair costs.

We charge a fee of €35 for preparing the estimate. If you subsequently decide to proceed with the repair, this amount will, of course, be credited back to you.

Please note that the cost of repairing antique items may be higher.

Order transaction:
After placing your order, you will receive an invoice with all necessary information, which includes product description, payment amount, payment method, shipping address, delivery date and shipping charges.
Immediate delivery will be made after receipt of payment. or after invoice confimation (if cash on delivery).
Shipping charges: Free within the EU(excluding discounted goods)
All packages are sent registered and insured. The total cost depends on the product’s size, weight and value.

Shipping costs to other countries on request.

Return policy:

Return and/or exchange: We accept the return of purchased goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. With the exception of ordered, personal productions. The goods received must be unworn and in perfect condition. You will receive your payment amount back within 14 days. Shipping and return costs are borne by the buyer.

If you have problems with your watch or if your watch needs periodic maintenance: We give advice and accomplish all necessary service work.

This ring gauge will help you to measure your ring size.
How can I get a Ringmass ?
We’ll send you a ring gauge for a EUR 12,- and it’s postage free. You will receive your money back after return of the ring measuring tape.
How can I request a ring gauge?
Transfer EUR 12,- into our bank account with the notation „measuring finger“.
