Order transaction:
After placing your order, you will receive an invoice with all necessary information, which includes product description, payment amount, payment method, shipping address, delivery date and shipping charges.
Immediate delivery will be made after receipt of payment. or after invoice confimation (if cash on delivery).
Shipping charges: Free within the EU(excluding discounted goods)
All packages are sent registered and insured. The total cost depends on the product’s size, weight and value.

Return policy:

Return and/or exchange: We accept the return of purchased goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. With the exception of ordered, personal productions. The goods received must be unworn and in perfect condition. You will receive your payment amount back within 14 days. Shipping and return costs are borne by the buyer.

If you have problems with your watch or if your watch needs periodic maintenance: We give advice and accomplish all necessary service work.

Service and Repair of Watches and Jewelry

- If the jewelery needs to be cleaned.

We’ll send you a ring gauge for a EUR 12,- and it’s postage free. You will receive your money back after return of the ring measuring tape.
How can I request a ring gauge?
Transfer EUR 12,- into our bank account with the notation „measuring finger“.
